  • Welcome to the "Sea Dog," located just 2.5 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, dining, nightlife, attractions and shopping! It is in the heart of the resort area where there is always something to do for kids and adults alike! Sky dive without a parachute at iFly, challenge the family to a round of mini golf at Jungle Golf, and head to the 31st Street Park to get your picture taken with our famous King Neptune Statue. Enjoy a backyard barbecue or head inside for a family movie night in the spacious living room. Centrally located with easy access to I-264 and Points West makes Sea Dog the perfect choice for families who are on the go or simply wish to relax!

    FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent's contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.

Floors not sweeped or moped. No linens for the kitchen. No tolit paper. Advertised, as sleeps, 11 only had enough towels and washcloths. For 8, we had to go buy 3 more of each. Upstairs t v didn't work. Dirty linens were left 3 days outside the door from previous winter. It should come with parking passes.

Almost but not quite

House is very close to the beach, and lots of the beach side fun. Home has a lot of great "old home" character. There is a lot of space to spread out for a big family. What they don't tell you is the house is located on a one way street, next to an encomy travel lodge and the parking situation is awful, especially for a big family with multiple cars. The driveway is an easement and the spots are tight for bigger cars. We got lucky because one of the homes in back was empty so we had an extra parking spot, but there is not street parking after 6pm. Also while older houses have obvious expectations, some of this was poor maintenance. The faucet handles were all loose, the blinds were hanging on by a thread, dresser drawers were broken and unusable. On more than one occasion someone got stuck in the bathroom because the door handles would fall off or jam. It also was annoying that there were only 2 keys for the size of our group. Lastly, I get not supplying paper products etc but maybe one roll of toilet paper so you can at least go to the bathroom upon arrival before you go shopping? Again, great spot close to all things beach and great space for everyone.... Just not quite what we thought
