Detta hus är helt nytt med premium finish och bekvämligheter. Njut av självincheckning för din bekvämlighet med det praktiska elektroniska dörrlåset. Med 4 sovrum och 3. 5 badrum rymmer det bekvämt en grupp med många separata utrymmen för att njuta av varandras företag. På den första nivån finns det rymliga vardagsrummet och det fullt lager gourmetkök med en stor ö. Alla rum har TV. Den andra nivån har 2 sovrum båda med king size-sängar - det rymliga sovrummet har balkong och badrum. Det andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng och bifogat badrum. På tredje våningen hittar du ett rum med en våningssäng med fulla sängar på toppen och botten. Det finns en annan bostadsyta mellan rummen med bekväma soffor och möbler. Det 4: e sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Båda rummen delar badrummet på övervåningen. Med tillhandahållen strandutrustning, höghastighets WIFI, kaffebar och mer kommer detta att bli din nya go-to spot!

Perfect for our family

Great place for adults for beach and food/drinks!

The property was updated and fit our group very well. We used every bedroom (the master w/ en suite was big!) but didn't take advantage of the balcony and lounge area as much as expected. The kitchen, dining and livingroom were our mainstays. The beach gear was a nice touch, but I would recommend the owner consider including a small cooler for drinks. The fridge was empty when we arrived. We left some condiments and hope they were able to be used by the next group. Parking was a bit confusing for the entire area. Someone told us we weren't parking in the right spot (blue diamond...our spot for sure) and someone else told us we were using the wrong trash cans (side of the house...ours). The book was a bit outdated, but the crew made sure we knew what to do. Overall...great stay!

Family Vacation/Dance Competition

Our stay was wonderful. Communication was wonderful with the owners. The house was great! We were there for a vacation and dance competition. Most everything was within walking distance. The house is seriously located perfectly between the beach, convention center, grocery store, food options and more.

Great location, great house

The house is clean and nicely laid out. The kitchen is spacious, and there are lots of places for storage. The walk to the beach is relatively short, and there are lots of things to do in the neighborhood. It is on a main street, but we really didn’t notice the noise. Our family really liked the house. I definitely would come back and recommend it to others.

Fantastic location and property!

We stayed for four nights at this property and we had a great time! The quality of the property is superb and it is very close to the Virginia Beach boardwalk and the Atlantic Ocean. Let's put it this way - the TV remote was easy to use - how often do you find that to be the case at a rental property? We had a great time and I highly recommend this property!!

Sporting arena

The was an excellent place for our group. It is centered in a great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk and a short drive to the Sports arena. The perfect place of our families to relax and enjoy some time at the beach.

Thanksgiving Holiday Stay

We were very happy with the accommodations. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Everything from checkin to check out was seamless. The host responded quickly to any questions. It was a great few days with family, and we would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous beach home but noisy

Let me start by saying this place was beautifully done! It is spacious and the bedrooms are well laid out with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We were traveling with 3 toddlers, so the walk to the beach was a little further than what we had pictured (that is no fault of the host, however). The beach entrance is a little further down making the walk more like a 3-4 block walk to the beach. This would be no trouble for older kids or adults! The only complaint I have during our entire stay is that the level of noise from the street (basically high way) that is right out front is pretty much constant. We had some difficult nights getting all the kids to sleep with the revving of engines and loud motorcycles that were constantly driving past until well after midnight. Again, if you're coming without children, this may not even be a problem. The host was amazing as far as communication was concerned. She reached out just enough to let us know she cared but also did not micromanage our trip. We had a blast overall and it was a great place to stay!

Amazing Week

This property has everything you want for a home away from home. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. This is the perfect property for a family or friends to get together. I absolutely loved the kitchen and the fireplace.
