“The view of the Truckee River and the surrounding city and hills is wonderful. The place is very clean and nice. There is even an instruction on how to find the light switch in the bathroom -- many might not think to do that. We walked the river walk and enjoyed some of the restaurants around. We recommend this location.”

“We loved the quiet, nicer area and the good communication from the owner. The condo was in great enough shape, we just experienced some distracting issues with the space (that were likely out of the complete control of the owner). It would have been perfect had we just not had to deal with a repeated cigarette smoke smell in the master from a neighbor (it was strongest in the master and not really present in the 2nd room), no wall light switch in one of the rooms, and the ceiling attic/vent door...
