âWhat a lovely gem of a boutique inn! Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, the VMFA and one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Richmond. This place exudes southern hospitality and charm. Amazing wine and cheese, amazing breakfast, and just amazing all around. We will be back!â
âIt didnât smell like garbage. It totally didnât feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didnât get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag. â
âGreat place to stay. Pete is a great host, easy check in great communication, pinball machines and games in the rooms really great. Quick drive to some good dining.â
âEverything was really wonderful. The breakfast bowl, the Starbucks coffee,absolutely perfect way to start the morning. Bed was super comfy and water temperature for shower was great. The area was great, so many good restaurants to walk too â
âThe spa needs to be filled when the water is low. You will burn out the pump if there's no water going into the skimmer. Otherwise the spa was super relaxing and rejuvenating. â
âOnly think I donât like was had to park in Parking Garage and pay extra for parking. They offer valet but would have had to pay a whole lot more to park. I feel for price paid that The Berkeley Hotel should give a voucher to customers to pay for parking garage fees â
