“The property has nine floor floors, and two elevators. One of the elevators is permanently down. We learned while we’re there that it will be down for months. One day during our day both elevators were down and we were on the eighth floor. In addition, the laundry machines were broken and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work so we had to take our cooler up a floor every day on the steps to get ice. The property is old. The bathroom cabinets didn’t actually close and the water in the bathtub...
