“Property was just as explained! Very clean unit and comfortable beds and pillows. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe! Location was great, close to the beach and shopping! However we paid a”stay” fee of 80 and we felt paying per night was a stay fee. That was my only eyebrow raiser. Nothing to complain about w our decision. We will definitely rebook during whale watching season”

“Great location with easy access to surrounding areas. The house was great with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with coffee and appliances were convenient!”

“The house was great i loved having 2 full bathrooms it made getting ready so much easier with family. The smell of the house was off putting. Dishes were not clean when they were put away but when i told the owner he was super sweet and apologized. Overall it was a good stay.”

“Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. The dock on the water was great for relaxation, blue crabbing, fishing, and bird watching.
