"The staff were excellent. But this establishment is run down. You pay top dollar, but no internet included. The dental kit has no toothpaste, you have to ask for that seperately. The maintanence guy had to fix both toilet and shower for it to function properly. The faucents in the lobby bathroom are ice cold to wash the hands (to save money). Every portion of the hotel is maximizing to give you as little value as possible for your stay which is not what you expect from a Ritz establishment. The place is over optimized and underinvested into. So in short, kind staff - horrible operating system in place. "
