âI stay in around 100 places each year for work and this was bad.
Poor quality fittings and fixtures vey well used. No soap, shower door didnât close, toilet on some kind of strange plinth. Laminate falling to bits. No Freeview or terrestrial tv, streaming only but WiFi is so bad it doesnât work at peak times 2 mattresses on bed bottom one very grubby
I think itâs a converted garage.
May suit someone with low standards I ended up leaving after 2 nights stayed last night elsewhere â
âBra hotell precis vid motorvĂ€gen om man besöker Southampton eller Portsmouth. VĂ€nlig och hjĂ€lpsam personal. Minus att frukost fanns att tillgĂ„ i byggnaden jĂ€mte. Ok pĂ„ sommar, men ngt sĂ€mre pĂ„ vintern. Bra och gratis parkering direkt utanför.â

âProperty was perfect for us. We needed somewhere close to the hospital for an early morning op and it was perfect. Saved a taxi fare by being able to walk. Recommended. â
âHighly recommend this B&B, room and bathroom immaculately clean. Malcolm meet us as hosts were out, what a fantastic man, so friendly and funny and even offered to taxi us to our party as no taxis available. Great one night stay, Graham and Kay are excellent hosts , breakfast was fantastic .cheap local parking a bonus .

âAbsolutely fabulous. Really clean and comfortable comfy beds.so many towels again of really great quality. Lots of attention to detail including ceiling fans which are totally silent. Great place â
âOne night stay we had a lovely time and rooms well equipped. The hot weather made the room hot and air con would be a benefit. All rooms are on the ground floor. Food was great. Poor and inadequate lighting in the ladies toilet in the bar area. â
âGreat stay, staff were fantastic! especially Sami/costas and the lady behind the bar!
Matresses in the beds could be a bit better.
We had dinner at the restaurant and must say one of the best Italian meals in Southampton, good wine knowledge! â
âIdeally placed for the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth, we stayed 1 night while visiting the New Forest. We were made to feel welcome, which instantly made us relaxed. The room was clean, well decorated, the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious. The weekend breakfast was excellent, we started with fresh fruit and yoghurt (cereals were also on offer) then had a full English which was cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients. â
âVery comfortable stay in a well presented property, lovely decoration, great bed and very nice restaurant which accommodated us for a late dinner!
Highly recommend this property.â
