âProperty was perfect for us. We needed somewhere close to the hospital for an early morning op and it was perfect. Saved a taxi fare by being able to walk. Recommended. â

âThe property is undergoing some kind of renovation.
It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it.
No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired.
The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work.
Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls.
DO NOT stay here.â

âFirst of all, its close to the train station and various busses which is a bonus. the price of the room was a bargain and provided what we needed just fine, a bed, tv, kettle, cups, shower? toilet and cupboards, so 5* for that.
we were on top floor which wasnt mentioned on the room directions on the ground floor, just said to room 21 but missed out 22.
there was no plug in the sink and no details for the free wifi so couldnt get internet.
the checkout time advertised was 11 and the door lock...

âThis property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards itâs the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe.â

âDirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didnât send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didnât have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldnât risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt â
