“Photos on Travcelocity are totally deceiving, the location is not close to the beach or ocean. It is not possible to walk to a beach or safe to walk to the ocean. It is located close to a lot of restaurants as it is situated in the Korean English School area. The room condition was good and clean. The building condition was a bit run-down. “This place is ideal if you are whole day away outside for tours and other businesses. I wont recommend this place if you will just stay inside all day long as their wifi is intermittent. Overall value for money is okay if you are in a tight budget exploring the city.”

“This is a condo that is being subleased. The key is sitting in a mailbox. There is security, Good Hot Water, & internet as well as a smart TV with Netflix however the room is dirty with no soap in the shower. ”

It is on the 40th floor so it takes 2-5 minutes for the elevator to arrive. Room had a really bad ant problem, i suggest not bringing back food.
