“Great location, walking distance from train station. Friendly staff. Room was simple, cozy and clean. Balcony with nice view over the mountains. There is a construction site right next to the hotel, luckily there was no construction during our stay. Breakfast was good. We would visit again. ”

“ Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff really good food and amazing location. The only thing be aware you cannot get there with a car so you have to park your car at the bottom of the mountain and take the gondola which was a great experience. It was a bit of a panic doll because Google maps said that you cannot get to the hotel. ”

“Came for four days with brother and teenage son. Perfect location at cosy main street, 4 min walk from trainstation. Extremely friendly staff, fresh breakfast and clean rooms. Enjoyed evenings in front of the fireplace in the hotel bar. Spa with sauna newly renovated.”

“Very nice place and very kind front desk staff that was very helpful. The room was alright and the breakfast was great. The only thing that could be worth clarifying in the hotel description is that the hotel is only reachable via cable car since the hotel is located right up by the moutains. We had a great overall experience and it was fun having to take the cable car up to the mountains, it just took us a while to figure out how to get to the hotel since the GPS couldn't find it.”

“Overall nice experience but the spa was disappointing and seemed very old and out of touch, like an old small public swimming pool. Would be nice to for example have a nice warm relaxing and quiet room and nicer changing area and hot pool was closed. Breakfast was very basic but ok. A suggestion: as its seems like a new hotel, the sitting areas (including the brasserie) could be have nicer lighting like candles on the tables instead of sterile lighting it currently has. But overall was fine.”

“We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. ”
