“This property was great and we had a wonderful time. The property managers were easy to get in touch with and fantastic hosts. We had a blast fishing and just relaxing on our vacation and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing trip. It was extremely nice to have two canoes on the property to use as well. The hosts did a great job of having dishes, seasonings, condiments and other things available for their guests, which was much appreciated. Great trip overall!”

“This is a great place to stay, the boat ramp is right next door with a $5 launch fee…easy to charge boat batteries, grills, outdoor seating, full fridge and freezer, coffee pot, microwave comfortable bed…we fished and just pulled up on the bank to take a break at the inn and just headed back out….they had kayaks and canoes to use but we had our boat so we didn’t use them but saw others using them….there was a dock that others were fishing from…nice vibe at night with all the lights…would...

“We had no problems getting our boats through. Kids fished in kayaks and we could see them and not worry. Its quiet and peaceful. If you are planning on having more than 4 or 5 plan during a season people can sleep on the large enclosed porch. Two of our bunch slept out there and we had no problems. Screen doors lock. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“We were so excited about this trip and booked it 5 months out. The property did not disappoint. It is in a great location - close enough to Caddo Lake, Jefferson and Marshall. The upstairs screened in patio was fun to enjoy the river view and the bottom deck on the water was relaxing.The home was well decorated and very clean.
