Boutique Villa Louisa is the perfect hideaway for a romantic getaway for two or a relaxing family holiday. Nestled in the rolling hills of Istria, surrounded by olive trees and tranquility, this villa offers all the comforts you need.



The villa sits on a spacious plot with an inviting (enclosed) garden and a generous terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table, a luxurious BBQ, a lounge area, poolside loungers, and a refreshing outdoor shower. The garden borders an olive grove – a typical Istrian setting that will instantly put you in holiday mode.



The 30 m² swimming pool, complete with a bench seat, is perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing moment in the sun.



Inside, you'll find a stylish living and dining area with a fully functional kitchen, ideal for four people. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. Both the bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

The villa has a private entrance and is enclosed by a gate. The villa also has two parking spaces in front.

Vranje Selo is a peaceful rural village surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and rolling countryside, offering an authentic Istrian atmosphere. Boutique Villa Louisa enjoys plenty of privacy and open views, ideal for relaxing by the pool or enjoying long evenings on the terrace. Just a short drive or walk away is the well‑known Rossi winery and distillery, where you can taste local wines and spirits. In the surrounding area you will also find traditional konobas (local restaurants), cycling routes, and walking trails through nature.



Getting Around:

Boutique Villa Louisa is located in the quiet village of Vranje Selo, in the green hills of inland Istria. A small local grocery store can be found in a nearby village just a short drive away, while larger supermarket around Poreč can be reached in about 15–20 minutes by car. Coastal towns like Poreč and Novigrad, with their beaches, marinas, and seaside restaurants, are roughly 20–25 minutes away. Pula Airport is about 60 km from the villa, which takes approximately 1 hour by car. The area is best explored by car, and the villa offers free private parking with easy access to the Istrian motorway for day trips to Rovinj, Motovun, or Pula.
