The living room exits to a terrace and patio on which you can enjoy your morning coffee, prepare a tasty dinner using the barbecue, and sip a cocktail by the illuminated swimming pool in the evening.
There is parking space for two cars, bicycles or motorcycles in front of the house.

Villa Emilia is located in the small village Markovici near Vizinada. In Vižinada there are two shops, three cafés, an ATM machine and typical restaurants can be reached in just 4 -10 km. For beach enthusiast there is the Lanterna resort, for cyclists the Parenzana road, for hikers Učka and for history enthusiasts Pula is just one hour drive away.

Istria is only suitable to be explored by car. Buses can be used, but they are infrequent and they do not always connect two places. Buses to Markovici are non-existent. The property is located in a small village with only a few inhabitants and not-often used roads.
