Built in 2023, this first-floor flat can sleep up to four people. Inside, you have a total area of approx. 35 m² at your disposal. There is a living room including an open, modern kitchen with ceramic hobs, washing machine, fridge incl. freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and complete kitchen equipment for four people such as cutlery, plates, pots, cups, etc. In the sleeping area there is a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), in the living area there is a sofa bed with a sleeping area of 140 x 200 cm. All beaches in Srima can be easily reached on foot. Shopping facilities are available in the town centre and in the surrounding area. There are various options for bulk shopping in the direction of Sibenik (approx. 15 km) (Spar, CA, Drogerie Müller Kik). In the centre of Sibenik there is a post office, banks, shopping centres and numerous restaurants to suit all tastes. In Vodice there is a Lidl, Kaufland and a Plodine supermarket. There are four small shops and bakeries in Srima itself, which are approx. 100 - 300 metres from your holiday home. Vodice is approx. 1.2 km away and can easily be reached on foot along the beach. There are also plenty of opportunities for shopping, strolling and eating out. The beach in Srima is not as crowded as in Vodice. The special thing about the beaches in Srima is that you don't need bathing shoes. This is because the bottom of the water is mostly sand and the beach consists of fine gravel (SECRET TIP).
