Villa Old Olive IV is a modern and stylish villa in Salvela, close to Vodnjan. The newly built accommodation spans three floors and can accommodate up to thirteen guests. The villa has six bedrooms with seven beds: five bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ensuring everyone enjoys comfort and privacy. This makes the villa ideal for families and groups of friends.



The villa combines relaxation and luxury with a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and spacious sun terraces. The balcony offers a beautiful view over Istria, and the outdoor spaces with barbecue invite cosy gatherings in the Mediterranean climate. For indoor entertainment, the villa has a billiards table, table tennis table and a luxury football table, all of high quality.



Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. For guests with their own car, three private parking spaces are available.



Villa Old Olive IV is located quietly, surrounded by nature, but is also an excellent starting point for discovering the highlights of the Istrian coast. Cities such as Rovinj, Poreč and Fažana are quickly accessible, allowing you to effortlessly combine relaxation in the villa with culture, gastronomy and the beautiful landscape of Istria.



Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, you will pay administrative costs, tourist tax, and a deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are renewed weekly to ensure your stay remains comfortable.
