We have a big surprise for our 2020 guests with a brand new and larger (heated on demand € 400/7days -WEATHER - RELATED TEMPERATURE ) pool and outdoor area for a great summer time.
This magnificent property with outdoor Jacuzzi has all that it takes for a perfect vacation including a splendid sea-view. Quiet location. 5-minute drive from the beach.
Villa provides comfortable accommodation for up to max.22 guests in 9+2 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 7 bathrooms ,4 balconies with sea views and Brioni Islands Park Nacional and beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. Two cots and a high chair can be made available on request at no extra charge.
The house is suitable for people in wheelchairs.
  The pool is 50m2. In the garden are two barbecues (one internal and one external).
Villa is spacious and well equipped. Inside you will find all that is needed for relaxation.

This is a well appointed villa with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a large group, the pool and garden area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. It is a bit dated inside and very few of the rooms have air conditioning (although some do have air conditioning units outside the bedrooms which is strange). The village square is picturesque with a couple of bars and there is a good restaurant on the outskirts of the village which is walking distance from the villa. The villa is a bit remote so you would benefit greatly from hiring a car as the nearest beach is not walking distance and taxi's (Uber & Bolt) charge a ridiculous amount to get you there when you are trying to book as a large group! The check out time on Vrbo is different to the host (Vrbo 11.00 am, host 10.00 am which is frustrating and there was no flexibility on leaving your suitcases at the property for a late departure (even outside)!

Ladies' 60th birthday trip

The 7 of us thoroughly enjoyed this location in Istria - we did a number of interesting day trips and relaxed at the Villa in the evenings. Ingrid was a gracious host and quick to respond to questions. As advertised, this villa is not on the beach, but we enjoyed the short drive to some of the beaches in Istria. Would stay here again!

A great villa near a lovely small town

The villa is very comfortable and great for a large group. The pool is a decent size and there are plenty of places to relax. The villa is on the edge of the town, which is a lovely place to wander and have coffee. Other places are also in easy reach by car - such as the beautiful towns of Pula, Fazana and Rovinj. Beaches are plenty and near by car, but stoney (so bring - or buy - beach shoes), but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in. We were 4 families with children aged between 10 and 27 - we all had a very enjoyable time and Ingrid was very helpful and readily contactable.

Sehr sauberes Haus. Für jeden ein grosses schönes Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool hätte ein bißchen größer sein können.

Tolles Haus für einen tollen Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist groß und super ausgestattet. Pool, Terrasse und der Strand in 5min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Perfekt für unsere große Familie. Uns hat es in der Woche an nichts gefehlt und die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen reagiert.

Trainingslager

Für unsere bunt gemischte Gruppe, Jugendliche im Trainingslager und Familie war die Unterkunft super! Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid, der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben und auch unsere Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Mai 2021 mit 20 jungen Leuten eine Woche in der Villa. Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen, wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Besonders der großzügige Außenbereich konnte bei uns punkten. Wir haben auch den Pool beheizen lassen, sodass wir trotz kühler Lufttemperatur angenehm baden konnten. Obwohl wir des öfteren nicht gerade leise waren, hat sich keiner der Nachbarn beschwert. Wir hatten eine grandiose Zeit und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke an die Vermieterin Ingrid, die jederzeit erreichbar und unglaublich bemüht war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super nette Vermieterin. Bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle. Super sauber. Pool wird regelmäßig gecheckt. Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Ruhig. Nahe zum Strand. Wir waren 22 Personen. Hatten eine super Zeit.

Eine tolle Woche

Das Haus war trotz Navi etwas schwierig zu finden. Nach dieser Hürde, war es ein fantastischer Urlaub, das Haus ist genial für eine große Gruppe. Es liegt nur 15 Minuten von Pula entfernt, auch ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da sie in der Nähe wohnt, ist sie auch gleich vor Ort, wenn Probleme auftauchen.

A very good place for a quiet holiday

The house is located in the remote village of Vodnjan. The most nearby (pebble) beach is at Fazana, only a 5 minutes drive away. The house has a magnificent pool. There are 11 bedrooms. Two of them are mezzanines, with low ceilings and steep stairs. The Saric family are great hosts. They are very eager to fulfill your wishes and if anything is not functioning they are there within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic house, centrally located but in a countryside environment

A great house for several families or large groups. The suites with private bathrooms are ideal for multiple families. The fishing village of Fazana is only 5 minutes away where there are lovely restaurants on the harbor and boat trips to the beautiful island of Brijoni. Pula is about a 20 minute drive. From the house there is a view of the ocean and in the yard there are olive trees. Dining or lounging on the large patio is a real treat. Ingrid, the owne, is a great host, very friendly and helpful. Can recommend this house without reservations. The small town of Vodnjan is a 10 minute walk. Supermarkets are near.

Fantastic house, perfect location, very friendly and helpful owner!

The house really keeps its promises. Everything looks live exactly like on the pictures. It was perfectly clean, very spacious, modern, well-equipped with everything one needs. The pool with the add-on jacuzzi was the HIT of the holiday for young and 'older' ;). Extra separate kitchen house next to grill was also very useful. If I had to criticise one thing then it is that the outdoor grill is behind the house next to the entrance, so you have to take all your food around the house or through the house to the back of the house where the tables are situated to eat outside. But even that was not really a problem. And two 'bedrooms' are only reachable via very steep stairs and have no door. But as we didn't need them, it wasn't a problem either. All in all, a great holiday for us 9 adults and 7 kids. Thanks a lot again! We may be back again! :)

Superb Villa in Lovely rural surroundings

Our party of 15 had a wonderful week in Croatia which was made all the better by the fantastic accommodation. This villa is everything we could have hoped for and more. Spotlessly clean spacious and highly flexible. The pool and gardens are lovely and there is a very nice traditional bar and restaurant 50 meters away. The town is only a short walk away too and there is a well stocked supermarket within A 5 minute drive. Ingrid was very welcoming and helpful and we cannot thank her enough for what was a truly memorable stay. I would not hesitate to return some time in the future

Fantastic, especially for a large group!

We had 7 teenage children and 6 adults with us. Our host, Ingrid, was very warm, gracious, and so very welcoming! The villa is so much better even than the pictures represent! When we arrived, the local town, Vodnjan, was having an annual Easter Monday celebration with traditional Istrian food (delicious), music, and dancing. They even had a gorgeous fireworks display as you would expect to find in a large city. The house is only 4 KM from the beach, which is beautiful, and a 10 - 12 minute drive to Pula and the wonderful sights there. Make sure you try the olive oil tasting in that town. It is an experience that we will never forget and many thanks to Ingrid for opening her villa to us!

A wonderful house for a big family holiday

Kan virkelig anbefales. Glimrende bolig meg meget gode kvaliteter.

10 v og 10 barn ferierte 14-dager i denne flotteboligen. Plassering av rom og bad gjorde at vi hadde luft mellom oss. Excellent oppfølging av Ingrid. Med større barn ønsket jeg et noe større og dypere basseng. Boligen ligger i nærheten av ulike faciliteter som gjør det lett å utforske området. Anbefales.

Tolles Ferienhaus 👍🏻😃

Wir waren 21 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind unwahrscheinlich freundlich und erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch. Sogar für einen Geburtstagskuchen wurde gesorgt. Das Haus ist riesig und bietet mit vielen kleinen Zimmern genug Platz. Die Zimmer sind klein aber zum Schlafen völlig ausreichend. Bei Vollbelegung gibt es 2 Galerien mit Betten, die über eine steile Treppe und ohne Tür zu erreichen sind. Das war das einzige Manko. Ansonsten ist alles super sauber, der Pool und Garten sind top und das W-LAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt etwas abschüssig und ist gar nicht so leicht zu finden. Eine Tafel wäre hier nicht schlecht. Mit dem Fahrzeug erreicht man in 2 Minuten einen großen Supermarkt und der Ort bietet ansonsten alles, was man braucht. Wir waren essen im Buffalo Pizza & BBQ und es war sehr gut. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Hvala Ingrid 😉
