The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Three bedrooms open onto a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Brijuni Islands.

Bedding, towels, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge.

A security deposit of €300 is due upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure.
