“Just like camping. Carpet had not been vacuumed. There was one light and one outlet that could only be used for charging devices. No hair dryer or curling iron use. Two towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Bathroom sink was only plumbed for cold water. Shower liner was peeling and there was no bathroom light. Common area was not clean. ”

There was a lot of extra food and kitchen supplies left there from previous guests that we were able to use as well. “We arrived in Hawaii only to find our booking had gone out of business and forgot to remove their VRBO ad. But we found Paradise Palms available at the last minute. Sharon and Steve worked with us and VRBO to help us straighten everything out. And we spent 3 days in the area and it was beautiful. Every day was a new adventure. ”
