“A traditional family lake cottage. Peaceful, quiet, and rented with love. Everything from the thoughtful little notes in the home to the paintings on the wall makes you feel cozy and welcomed. Everything you could need or want is provided. The hot tub under the stars, on the water is really the icing on the cake.”

“Nice area, cabin a little smaller than i imagined. We had an unfortunate awakening when the CO 2 monitor went off. Apparantly street workers ser it off at midnight. Oh well not the fault of the owners.”

“We arrived early and contacted our host to ask if we could check in early. She gladly accommodated our request and welcomed us an hour early. When we checked in, we found a eat off the floor clean house with fast working internet, multiple televisions, a fully stocked bathroom, complete with many towels, face cloths, soap, Q Tips, masks, makeup removers. There was everything and anything one could think of! The kitchen had coffee, muffins and orange juice so we did not have to rush out to buy...

“We really needed a rest and this place was perfect! The proximity to beaches, walking/hiking, great food was an added bonus. We really appreciated the host’s attention to details, such as fresh floral arrangements in most rooms (not the kind to leave you sneezing at every turn), her notebook of helpful local attractions, best local dining, beaches, etc. Also, the place is a wonderful pesticide-free zone!”

“Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

“The setting is beautiful, an open meadow and garden. The working farm chickens, ducks, sheep and 2 llamas nearby added to the charm. The house is in great mix of an old house with modern systems. Drake and her husband are more than happy to help with questions but are also busy running the farm so you have privacy as well. Highly recommended.”

“Cute and comfortable cottage. Very clean! Loved the quiet setting and the nice deck for having morning coffee with the bunnies scampering about and the birds chirping. Great central location for exploring the nooks and crannies of the southern coast of RI. Host was very accommodating and responsive.”
