The Space
Enjoy this house with a pool and a car exclusively for your use, located in the Tom Hooker neighborhood, a traditional residential area of San Andrés.

The house has 5 bedrooms, including double beds and multi-occupancy rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi, so that every guest can enjoy their own space in total comfort.

The property offers a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing everything from breakfast to group dinners, as well as a cozy BBQ area for enjoying the outdoors.

Among its main attractions are a private pool for exclusive use—perfect for relaxing at any time of day—and a vehicle included in the reservation, available for guests’ use throughout their stay, making it easy to get around and explore the island with complete freedom.

Terms and Conditions for the Exclusive Use of the Included Vehicle

As an added benefit, the chalet offers exclusive use of a vehicle for the duration of the guest’s stay, subject to the following rules of use and responsibilities:

1. **Designated Driver and Legal Capacity:
* The vehicle must be driven by a guest designated by the person who made the reservation.
* The designated driver must be of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by a motor vehicle use agreement.

2. **Driver’s License Required:
* The designated driver must hold a current and valid driver’s license.
* The minimum required category is B1 or higher (which authorizes the operation of cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, and minibuses), or its official equivalent in the case of licenses issued in a foreign country.

3. **Damage Security Deposit:
* A damage deposit in the amount of $200.000 COP (two hundred thousand Colombian pesos) is required prior to vehicle pickup.
* This deposit is intended to cover any damage or loss caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
* Once the rental period has ended and the vehicle has been verified to be in optimal condition upon return, the security deposit will be fully refunded to the guest.

4. **Fuel Policy (Full Tank):
* The vehicle will be delivered to the guest with a full tank of fuel.
* It is the guest’s responsibility to return the vehicle in the same condition, that is, with a full fuel tank at the time of return.
