âThis was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon đđ.â
âWe had an amazing stay at The Painted lady. Jing was very communicative and helped with a number of recommendations. We were only staying as a brief getaway and found out Birminghamâs good scene is pretty awesome. Iâd stay at this clean, artsy, quirky, cool hotel a million times more! â
âWe stayed in the Turret room and it was so cool! Two king-sized beds that were super comfy. The bed in the turret room was semi-private and the other one had a view of a tv. The bathroom was clean and nice. (But FYI there's a window to the room and you can see the person using the toilet from the room) It was nice to have access to the downstairs kitchen. âWe had an excellent stay here. There was a god amount of space in the room for all five of us and we enjoyed the comfortable beds a lot. The breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed it. â
âThis is a newly built property so in great condition. We booked a Studio King and the room was huge. It had a sitting area with a large sofa, a huge work space area and a kitchen. Everything is clean and modern. The breakfast had more options than you normally get, 8 toppings for oatmeal, 4 hot entrees, waffles, small quiches, yogurts, and breads.
The front desk was very personable. Convenient location to Homewood and Mountain Brook. â
âJamila was so amazing. She helped me handle everything because they were sold out in a hotel and I had a reservation but something I messed up and she helped me fix that she was so amazing and so is the coworker working next to her Chase thank you guys so much you are angels.

âVery good experience at this location better than most. The staff was very friendly in accommodating, and everything seemed to be fine.The room was superior and clean and large.â
âReginald at the front desk treated me like family. He was very kind and patient. He needs to be regional manager or get a huge pay raise. The staff checked in on me during me stay which was nice too. â
