âThis is a great property and Juan, our host while on site, served us great breakfasts and was extremely polite and accommodating with any needs or desires. I love this property and will be staying there again and as often as possible. There is some construction on both sides of the hotel that might bother some, but it just wasnât an issue for us. We were out exploring, beaching, and surfing during the day. Rooms, parking, and proximity to town were fantastic! â

âWe stayed for three nights. The owner and his wife were really nice and helpful. It was a 8-10 minute walk to the beach and the city center of Tamarindo but we really did not mind since it was nice to get away from the noise and buzz at night. We had a really nice and clean room by the pool. The breakfast was good, you could choose from a smaller menu each morning.

âWe stayed at Ocho a few weeks ago and I'm still dreaming of it. It was by far the best spot on the beach and I loved the manager's dj play lists and even shazamed them so I could save them! Very chill vibe on the beach and really a perfect location there and then literally a 3 min walk to town. There was also a very cool food truck park right behind and I wish we wouldve ate there more! âWe absolutely fell in love with the Pipe House charm and the warm and friendly owner! Great vibes, beautiful location just steps from the beach, unique lodgings and fun common areas to hang out. We canât say enough about this gem of a place. We ate dinner down the way at the Swells Cafe Playa Grande. This is a very special place to be! I plan on returning in the future. Hopefully sooner than later. â
