Green Door Lofts-Magnolia Loft, Silos / Downtown

Green Door Lofts, som visas på Fixer Upper "Urban Loft Challenge" och kallas "Funky Town" av Chip, är ett lyxkomplex med 9 enheter i hjärtat av Wacos livliga Silo-distrikt. Vi är granne med den historiska Hippodrome Dinner Theatre och steg från eklektiska butiker, antikvitetsaffärer, vinprovningslokaler och levande musik. Magnolia Market är en kort promenad bort, eller ta den gratis vagnen som stannar utanför. Varje loft är utformat med en unik stil och erbjuder en tydlig upplevelse.
Utrymmet:
Magnolia Loft är ett roligt, unikt lofthem där Magnolia-stil och städer bor samman i en rolig, funky atmosfär. Det finns två sovrum, vardera med en bekväm king size-säng med pressade, tredubbla lakan. I vardagsrummet finns en väggmonterad queen-size Murphy-säng. Loftet har en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten. Gästerna kommer också att älska det fullt utrustade köket, komplett med kaffe, te och naturligtvis min mammas kanelrullar. Underhållning inkluderar en 65-tums SmartTV med Direct TV / Netflix. Varje sovrum har också direkt-TV. Kall LED-belysning i vardagsrummet hjälper dig att stämma för varje tillfälle. Observera att detta loft är en större enhet med två sovrum som sitter bakom min byggnad på andra våningen. Om du är fans av "Fixer Upper" kommer du att känna igen den här enheten som loftet som Chip verkligen gillade, men var på baksidan av komplexet. Jag har ytterligare tre enheter på andra våningen som är ett sovrumsenheter som är framme. Det här är tonfisk, urban cowboy och retro loft. Jag kan också föreslå en mycket trevlig enhet på första våningen som har 3 sovrum på framsidan av fastigheten, Stained Glass Loft.
Gäståtkomst:
Byggnadens innergård har en säsongsuppvärmd pool med solstolar och bord. Mezzaninedäcket har utsikt över avenyn nedan - perfekt för människor som tittar på!
Interaktion med gäster:
En unik kod för nyckelfri inmatning gör in- och utcheckningen flexibel och bekväm. Ägaren bor på plats och kan nås via mobiltelefon när som helst. Vi är glada att ge förslag på lokala matställen och aktiviteter, utöver loftets informationsguide.
Grannskapet:
Stig granne med den historiska Waco Hippodrome Theatre eller fortsätt ner på gatan för eklektiska butiker, vinprovningslokaler, levande musik och den ökända Magnolia Market. Wacos gratis vagn stannar utanför loftet innan den fortsätter till silos.
Att ta sig runt:
Downtown Waco har gott om gratis gatuparkering och Ubers är lättillgängliga. Vi har ett gratis parkeringsgarage på första våningen för våra gäster. Loftet ligger på gångavstånd till affärer och restauranger. Vi är direkt på den fria vagnen för shopping runt silos.

Magnolia Loftet ligger på andra våningen och har endast tillgång till trappor. Om detta är ett problem, kan du tänka på vår lista med 3 sovrum på första våningen.

Girls trip for Silobration and birthday

We were in town for a girls trip with my good friend and my two daughter in loves to celebrate my birthday and enjoy Silobration. The Magnolia loft was exactly as the pictures showed. Jim is a very detailed oriented and attentive host. From providing his phone number, to helping us find a restaurant open after our flight got delayed four hours- you can tell he wants his guest to feel welcomed in his town and in his lofts. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, seating, coffee, even a couple of small fans which we greatly appreciated. He has a notebook full of menus to local restaurants and things to do/see. Parking in the garage was a huge perk for us too. The lofts are only a half a mile to the Magnolia Silos, great restaurants and cute shops. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making us feel welcomed in Waco!

Amazing Waco Stay

This is hands down the best vrbo I've ever stayed in! The loft was incredibly well appointed - Jim has thought of everything. He even provided coffee, filters & creamer in the fridge; We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were to die for. The location of the lofts was absolutely perfect! Easy walking distance to Magnolia and lots of amazing restaurants. The private garage parking was also a major perk. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellence from the location to the incredible consideration of the host Jim to the very comfortable accomodations the green loft is the very best. Walkable to everything. Very comfortable beds. Great terrace/pool area to hang out. Lots of space. Great parking. We'll be back. Beautiful.

Just as described and better!

Location to Silos is a few blocks away, well within walking distance. It is also close to several eateries and coffee shops. It is clean, well decorated and better stocked than most other VRBO’s we have stayed at. The loft owner is courteous, accommodating, and very responsive. Check in was easier with better communication than other VRBO’s, as was the check out process. We couldn’t recommend this loft more.

Ideal location close to everything yes of course the silo’s but other shopping dining etc. The property experience exceeded my expectation. Design is a 10. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Great a/c…yes that is important in Waco. Will be back

Without question the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Very nicely appointed. Generously stocked with basics like coffee, shampoo, laundry detergent and much more. The property owner could not have been nicer or more helpful! Worth the money. I will be back!

Prime location & complete escape in one! Waco/BU

Beautifully appointed, comfortable & trendy escape in the heart of downtown. Perfect location for Baylor Bear families with several floor plans to accommodate groups of all sizes. Property Owner has thought of every detail and was a joy to communicate with. Private pool behind that beautiful green door for the ultimate & unexpected getaway!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Waco

We came to Waco for our annual girls weekend. The location of the Green Door Lofts was perfect for all the main things to do in Waco or a short drive for a few of the other things we wanted to do. Jim the host, was extremely helpful with restaurant and shopping suggestions. Our room included everything you possible need, Jim really goes above and beyond with his rentals, best one I have stayed in yet.

Hard to put into words how incredible the Green Door Lofts are!

From the moment you walk into the property you are greeted with the sites and smells of beautiful central Texas. An oasis in the center of a revitalized downtown Waco. Jim is a gracious host and wins the award for most attentive host. He has incredible first hand knowledge concerning the local history, where to dine, where to recreate and how to take of advantage of the local area for relaxation. With all it has to offer including: Magnolia, magnificent Baylor University, arts (the Hippodrome is right next door), a farmer's market, incredible food and more, Waco is truly becoming a destination City. Words simply cannot express the wonder that is the Green Door Lofts. Don't delay, book a stay ASAP. I know I will be back.

Celebration of daughter’s upcoming wedding

My 3 daughters & I came to enjoy time together before our daughters wedding. It was our first trip to Waco & being huge Fixer Upper fans, we wanted to find a place close to Magnolia Market. Our stay in The Magnolia room at Green Door was amazing. Our host Jim was welcoming & offered lots of great suggestions. His property is beautiful, inviting & impeccably clean. We loved staying there & hope to return. We highly recommend staying there if you are planning a trip to Waco. We had an awesome trip! Thank you!! 🥰

An Oasis in Waco

My mom and 2 daughters wanted to visit Waco and all things Magnolia. I found this INCREDIBLE loft with a fabulous pool in the heart of the city. We were across the street from a wonderful indoor food truck-ish venue. We ate there several times. Magnolia was only 2 blocks away. A very easy short walk. The pool was always shaded and such a fun way to relax after shopping around. The owner of the lofts is always helpful and accommodating. You will feel like you are at home and an upscale resort all at the same time. We LOVED it!!

Great time

This is our 2nd stay at the Green door lofts! We love it! Jim is an amazing host! We have stayed in the Uban Cowboy and Magnolia and both were beautifully decorated and spotless. We loved the cinnamon rolls left for us by Jims mom! Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Location was perfect for walking to the Magnolia market and all the boutiques!

Great place!

Amazing Host!

Loved all the details of this property, beautiful decor, comfy bed, the convenience of eating downtown. Great communication from Jim, before and after! We felt like we were staying at a family’s home it was so personal, while also having complete privacy. Amazing stay.

Great weekend getaway

This place is perfect! Walkable to the Silos, the Suspension Bridge, Balcones distillery, the farmers’ market, and so many restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back!!!
