Honeysuckle Hill är en femstjärnig fastighet som också har tilldelats den prestigefyllda Gold Award. Sova 8 i fyra sovrum med dubbelsäng, med fyra badrum, med en extra dusch utanför för "aftersurf". Helt nytt köksförlängning med havsutsikt och golvvärme. Parkering för två bilar i enheten. Kaprifol är i en ganska blindväg och åtnjuter både morgon- och eftermiddagssolen. Den stora trädgården mot havet har en stor terrass med grill, gungstol och massor av solstolar, och det finns gungor för barnen också. Sandstranden, bara fem minuter bort, nås genom porten längst ner i trädgården. Butiker ligger några minuters promenad över stranden, med många alternativ att äta och dricka. Flera golfklubbar ligger inom några minuters bilresa. Huset är välutrustat med Sky TV, WiFi, spel och saker för stranden!

Perfect

We loved our time at Honeysuckle Hill. The house was perfect for our family - from grandparents to toddlers and baby. The location is fabulous and a really quick walk to the beach. House was really well equipped and we made use of the BBQ and highchair for the little ones, as well as the huge amount of toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen and dining area are huge and we spent every evening at the big table looking out to the beach - heaven. Already planning our next visit.

Another awesome time!

As we have had the good fortune to stay here year after year we are enormous fans of this large yet cosy house which has been further improved over the years - with new swing outside games room inside and noted new bins. Recycling easier, new stove in lounge which burnt very well and long! Flexible arrival time meant we were in soon after 1pm! Noted a problem with freezer, downstairs shower and have informed owner. Two weeks one with families and second week just two of us …bliss!

Restorative!

Another awesome holiday here! Enjoyed its peace, vista and ever changing sky and sea - awesome! The garage conversion into a wet/games room is lovely and a new addition this year, with underfloor heating which helps dry wetsuits out more speedily; the closeness to beach, coast path and Polzeath make it a brilliant find and nestled into the cliff in the quieter part of this location is a blessing, long may that last! We will be back again and again we love it so much! Thank you to Carrie and Bryony for making it possible and so amicable and willing with last minute requests.

Gorgeous house with lovely view

The house is absolutely lovely and would work just as well for two families staying together. The view of the garden and the sea is beautiful and you can see it from almost all of the rooms. The kitchen is spacious and inviting and the open plan layout is ideal. It’s also very convenient for returning from the sea as there’s an outside shower by the laundry room door so you don’t get sand everywhere. The house is very peaceful and quiet and minutes from the beach.

Perfect Break Away

Honeysuckle cottage was a fantastic find. It was in a perfect location to walk to and from the beach and shops without needing to move our cars. We could see and hear the sea from the house and garden which was so relaxing. As a result we stayed in the garden and enjoyed being by the coast without having the COVID risk of sitting on the busy beach. The cottage facilities were excellent and all in full working order. Everything we needed under one roof and more. It really was a home from home. Carrie and Bryony were very responsive and supportive during the booking process which was trickier than normal due to COVID uncertainties We would definitely go back and recommend this property highly

Perfect beach-side holiday house

Just spent 2 weeks at this lovely house. For our purposes - Mum & Dad, 3 teenagers all with a friend - it was faultless. House is perfect - plenty of bath / shower rooms. Lovely sitting room, great kitchen with top-end appliances, practical utility / wet room for surf kit. Great view of sea / beach, great outdoor space for sunny weather, but house works equally well in Cornish rain. Proximity to the beach joy for everyone Blissfully happy parents, teens and dogs in lovely fully enclosed garden. Will definitely come again :) Many thanks Carrie and Bryony!
