“Super ruhige Lage, tolle Zimmer, nettes Personal. Toller Ausblick”

“Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Viele Parkplätze. Ruhig gelegen. Gutes Frühstück!”

“The hotel is perfectly functional, staff were helpful and the rooms were just fine. Having to walk through cigarette smoke from the staff smoking at the lobby entrance took the shine off things though. Idar-Oberstein itself is not what I expected. It's all a bit shabby, run-down and sad. In the centre we saw a lot of poverty, homelessness and on the street drinking which made it feel a little edgy and unsafe. The restaurants in the town centre are ok, but limited in number/choice. On reflection,...

“Wir hatten ein sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel am Markt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und dieser war sehr willkommen. “Friendly staff, good breakfast and very clean room. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the railway station and next to a popular shopping mall. Many shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel feels secure since only people with hotel cards can access the floors where the rooms are located. The only downsides for me personally were that the room was very small, that the shower was situated right next to the bed, and that the room had no table nor water kettle.”

“Hotel is close to main road and onöy 15 minutes from Ford Sarlouis plant. Parking in garage in basement, nice lobby and good restaurant (grill-steak-house). Hotel is not new but room was in good condition, clean and bed comfortable. Service was good, both in loby and restaurant. Good brekfast with lots of variety. ”

“Bra Value for money. Fräscht och bra läge. Enda negativa var väl att sängen gärna kunde ha varit lite bredare…”

“God frukost men saknade bacon till scrambled eggs. ”

“Excellent breakfast. Lovely surroundings. Very welcoming staff and great food for dinner. Warmly recommended.”

“It was mention 3 adults in the booking the extra bed was very tiny. ”
