“House was cute and clean, property manager was timely in response but I would not recommend the property if you are staying in their non-pool season. I appreciate the pool was closed but there was no outdoor seating, green algae growing on the rug outside where you sit and all around not useable which is the major sell of the property. “We did not use the hot tub, but the house was wonderful and suited our needs wonderfully. It was clean and waiting for us when we arrived; everything was just as was shone in the pictures or stated online. We would use it again if we need another place to stay. It would be a great place for overflow if many relatives or friends were all in Omaha for the weekend and you need more space.”

“Terrible people own and manage this property. Prebroken hot tub cover was blamed on us after we opened the lid backwards one time, mind you with no difficulty, which would not be possible if it were not already broken. Also getting blamed for a red stain somewhere that nobody recollects any knowledge of whatsoever. “The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. “Convenient location, nice and clean. The only negative was not having control of the thermostat since it was located in the upstairs unit. There were space heaters available which helped some. ”

“The house was perfect for our family trip with 4 children. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed including Keurig coffee pods. We were so close to everything. It was clean, plenty of parking and the host was just a VRBO message away. The backyard and patio were wonderful. I would definitely choose this house again.”
