“This hotel is really not as the pictures are showing. The wifi costs a fortune.. The staff is so arrogant, and the "tropical breakfast" is an menue with coffe, cheap cornflakes and toasted bread, and basically thats it...The rooms are ok but the rest is shit, most of all the terrible service, they just don't care..... “We had an absolutely amazing family stay at the beach house. Slight miscommunication with our rooms but the staff dealt with it professionally and ensured we were comfortable had what we needed. The kids loved the kayaks, snorkelling, table tennis and horse riding. We will definitely be back! Beautiful place, wonderful staff!”

“Thanks to the hotel staff, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the coral coast for a relaxing vacation - most preferably a couple or a family. We were always met with a happy "Bula!" and a smiling face from everyone. No matter what strange request you come up with (blankets, HDMI cables, off menu orders by the pool), they are always glad to help and endeavour in making you satisfied. I even got celebrated with cake and beautiful flowers by three women from the staff on my 23rd...
