Välkommen till den vackra Waikoloa Beach Resort, en tropisk oas mitt i dramatiska bakgrunden av jungfru, svarta lavafält.



Känsla av lugn och fly är totalt på Waikoloa Beach Resort Villa som har två sovrum plus loft, två badrum och rymmer upp till sex gäster. Denna fastighet är en poolside loft enhet. Vid ankomsten till enheten kommer du att ta trappan till vardagsrummet, k���ket, master suite, gäst sovrum, badrum och tv�������ttmaskin och torktumlare. Den ��vre v�����ningen loftet är perfekt f��r en liten tillflyktsort.



Inuti detta loft är poolen villa modern och bekv��m. Kakel golv och granit frukost bar g���r fint med jordens toner och annan smakfull inredning. Det ��ppna och inbjudande gourmetköket ��r fullt utrustat med avancerade apparater, frukostbar med två barstolar och inomhus matplats med plats för sex. Intill vardagsrummet finns en täckt matsal lanai som erbjuder en inbyggd grill och ett matbord med plats för fyra.

En vacker mastersvit har en bekväm king size-säng, plattsk��rms-TV och ett vackert badrum med djupt badkar och separat duschkabin. Gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng och eget underh��llningssystem med en platt-TV. Loftet har tv�������� enkelsängar och en platt-TV. Det finns också luftkonditionering, komplementär tilldelad parkering och gratis WIFI. F��r utomhusunderhållning finns två pooler, två badtunnor och ett gym.

Best location in Waikoloa area. Shopping, food, and restaurants are walkable from this condo. Super clean, beautifully decorated. Nice view of the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. Easy check in. Hilton passes a plus. Beach towels and chairs available. Had a very nice stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located across from Queen's Marketplace and Kings Shops, with two pools on property plus the day passes at the Hilton Waikoloa Pools. Walking to Lava Lava Club and nearby 'A' Bay (beach) ~15 minutes, or a short drive. Amenities were just what we needed: a primary suite, a 2nd room with queen bed, and loft with two twins fit our 6 adults nicely. The bedrooms and loft had lots of storage and closet space with hangers. Also a dining table that seats 6. The unit had a clean and comfortable beach vibe, but only had minor areas in need of some cleaning (the window over the entry door and the vent fan in the prinary bathroom, understandably more difficult to reach) and touch up paint (the pocket door and near the trash bins on the walls.) This did not affect our stay, just sharing for future guests so you know what to expect. Otherwise, very clean and spacious. Even the grill was clean! Six beach towels and beach gear in the garage are included, as well as plenty of dish/washer soap and plastic wrap/foil in the kitchen, pods and dryer sheets for the washer/dryer under the 2nd bathroom sink. There were also books and games and multiple tvs, although we only used the one in the family room. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the gardeners were out working nearly every morning. You may hear a lawn mower early in the morning (maybe from the property or nearby golf course?) Overall, we loved staying here, and look forward to a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was quiet, but close to everything. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. As mentioned, there is plenty of beach gear, including beach toys and even snorkel gear that we found in the garage. It is perfect for a family. And only steps away from the complex pool. Would definitely stay again.

The property was well-situated for our attendance at a conference at the Hilton. It was clean and well-appointed. Instructions for access and entry were very clear. Our main challenge was that the garage door opener wasn't inside and no keypad code was communicated, so we didn't have access to the beach equipment for 2 days. It didn't affect parking because we were able to park outside in a designated spot. It would be helpful to have the property managers check to make certain the garage door opener AND keypad code are available upon check-in, as well as information about the beach equipment in the garage.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO accommodations. The condo was beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and was perfect for 4-6 people (we had 4). The only thing that didn’t work was the Keurig machine. However, there was a drip coffee maker as well which is actually better than a Keurig so no big deal! The location of the condo was perfect. It was right beside the pool and it had a beautiful view. Also, it wasn’t loud at all and we didn’t hear any pool guests while we were indoors. Everything was just wonderful and I highly recommend this rental for any family!

This place was perfect! It had Two large bedroom and an additional loft with 2 beds that the kids just loved. It was stocked with books and games for the family! The location was perfect! Walking distance to the grocery store, shops, coffee and restaurant plus about a 10-minute drive to the beaches. We will definitely come back next year!

We loved our time at this condo in Waikoloa last week! The condo was decorated so nicely, it really felt like home. It was the perfect place to call home after long days in the water and sun. The garage was filled with all sorts of ocean gear and toys. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The location was also perfect. It’s overlooking one of the two pools in the complex. Across the street is one of two big shopping centers, including the Island Gourmet Market, which is perfect for picking up fresh fruit, a quick meal, or our absolute favorite- sushi burritos. It’s about a 3 minute drive from beautiful A-bay and only 5 minutes from the Hilton with awesome pools and the saltwater lagoon. We will definitely be back!

This lovely condo is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a great beach and shopping. It is very well done and has everything you could possible need. The pools were being repaired, so we got to go to the Hilton Resort pool which was awesome. While not inexpensive, this is a good place to stay if you want to explore the north end of the Big Island.

We had a really nice stay here. It was clean, in good condition, had all the amenities and dishes/cookware we needed, with a nice balcony overlooking one of the pools. They even provided a crib so we didn’t have to lug a pack-and-play with us. The one thing I would recommend if you have young kids is to ask for or bring a baby gate, as this particular unit has a steep set of stairs from the kitchen to the front door.
