The unit J6 is a spacious 3 BR 3BA villa on the golf course. The community pool is nearby and numerous shops a d restaurants are a short walk. It is a beautiful setting!

Fantastic stay on the big island

This place was wonderful! 7-10 min walk to a great beach. 5 min walk to grocery stores. Close to Kona-related activities and activities north of Kona. Kitchen had everything we needed; snorkeling gear worked well. Just perfect.

Love the Fairway Villas at Waikaloa, this was our first time in a three bedroom and were not disappointed. Having three separate rooms with bathrooms is nice for a long stay and my adult daughters loved it. This our 7th time staying at the location and love the area with the King and Queens accommodations that are an easy walk to.

Wonderful condo with stunning views and everything you need

We really enjoyed everything about this property. It was spacious, well appointed, and decorated tastefully. We had plenty of room for our group of five adults and one kid. There is a grassy area in front of the outdoor patio behind the golf fairway that our child loved to play on in the mornings and we would watch the sunset on in the evenings. The kitchen had more than enough utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, plates, and even Tupperware. We weren't missing anything. With the A/C and fans in the property it was a very comfortable temperature. The pool was close by, big, warm and looked out on the golf course fairway. It even opens early (7AM) which is nice for families with young kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, and location

Loved the set up of this house. Very spacious for 4 adults. And superb view of the golf course. Walking distance to shops. Very close to Hapuna beach! Loved our stay here. Highly recommend

Can’t wait to go again

Spent a week here on a “staycation.” We live on the other side of the island. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. The unit is well equipped with gear for a beach or pool day, and is set up in the perfect location. The views of the nene every morning and evening along the golf course was just an added bonus. We will definitely be back for our next staycation. The unit is perfectly located to anything you may need. I don’t know what else to say other than we love it and regretted not making the trip longer than one week.

Exceeded my expectations

I would not say this is a five star place but it is solid and we were happy with everything. Sometimes rentals are not clean. . This unit was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We used the kitchen and everything was fine. Loved being on hole #4 and the convenience of stopping in to refill water bottles. (Beware there is NO water on the beach course. That’s just wrong. ). The addition of hand towels in the bathrooms would be appreciated. We didn’t use the beds other than the master (which seemed ok), nor the pool but it looked nice. I think we were there during a quiet period, which was nice but I would bet parking is an issue. We only used a visitor spot to park but the directions are unclear; they said we have a dedicated parking spot but only park in visitor or non-resident spot. Confusing but it worked out for us. Just all around a great trip.

Everything we could have asked for

This VRBO rental was perfect for our family vacation. We had ages ranging from a 2 year old to an octogenarian and the place was perfect for everyone. The place had all the beach toys and amenities we could ever need, had an ironing board and iron for when we dressed up to go to a luau, and a washing machine and dryer for doing a couple of loads of laundry before moving on to our next destination. Two small suggestions: a round cookie sheet for cooking pizzas in the oven, and all new spices (the spices in the rack are well past their 'best by' date). Thanks for everything. DM and family

Nice location. Property management needs improvement

This was nice location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pool was crowded at sometimes. For a large complex the pool is on the small side and also in need of repairs. Checkin was easy. The property was sort of clean but definitely needing some repairs. I attempted to contact management company. Left at least 2 messages and called repeatedly but they never answered their phone. Not sure how to communicate with them to provide list of missing and broken items. I will not be staying here again.
