“It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible! It was a bad experience. ”

“Spenderade fyra nätter på ön Kona (Big Island) och är glad att vi valde detta fina hotell. Är helt galna i solnedgångar, och det här hotellet var som gjort för solnedgångsälskare som oss. Hade ett oceanweiw rum (nr316) som var stort och fint och med solnedgången rakt utanför balkongen. Omgivningarna var otroligt vackra, stranden underbar. Att det inte blev full pott för servicen beror på att Wi Fi inte ingick, och när man betalade för det så var det ändå segt och fungerade dåligt.”

“We love this property! There is always so much to do and the grounds are beautiful. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. There is enough space everywhere so it doesn’t feel crowded. ”

“Great resort, clean and fresh! But breakfast price is unreasonably expensive (buffet is 36dollar + 25% tip) and its all about tipping for minimal service on this resort. Staff wants pouring coffe for you during breakfast, but they dont feel to served a coffee next to the pool even if its on the pool bar menu (it was to much work). ”

“I have to rant about this place. I have traveled all over the world and this resort is the most beautiful place I have been. The food is out of this world. The staff is absolutely the best I have ever seen. The rooms are top notch all the way. I can’t not say enough about this resort and the people that work here. 10 out of 10 on everything.”
