“This rental greatly exceeded our expectations! The property is quiet, peaceful, extremely well maintained. Pool is beautiful and was never crowded. The condo itself is very comfortable, updated, clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed (and much more!). There is a nice lanai overlooking golf course. We had access to quality beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Area is very pleasant for walking - short walk to A-Bay, lot of shops and restaurants....

“Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this particular condo due to it's location on property as well as it's proximity to both Kings and Queens shopping centers. So convenient to be able to walk to both. The Condo was very clean, furniture in great condition and nicely decorated as well. It was very roomy, could easily accommodate a family of 6 (it has a loft with two twin beds). This condo is on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator) and the view of the golf course is wonderful way to start your morning...

“Totally enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen, games, beach toys, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, baby crib. Very clean condo.(Could leave cleaning supplies for daily cleaning: ie: windex, disinfect wipes, ant spray, etc) Mattresses on beds were too soft for our liking...need new pillows for beds... Easy access to pools, shops and beaches! Great location...quiet surroundings. Simple check in and out. Property management on top of everything! Texted us several times to make sure everything...

“We had such an amazing time at this property. We have stayed before at Kolea. It’s the perfect place for families and relaxing. Walking distance to food and market, yoga, farmers market, etc. The pool is not too deep and very relaxing. Hot tub is lovely. The beach is just beyond the pool and is in a bay, so it’s very nice for kiddos. We crashed the Luau at Marriott next door, the kids were mesmerized by the fire dancer and Hula people. “Great location for attending a wedding. I stayed with my adult daughter and son...we had plenty of privacy and space! Kitchen has everything and the BBQ grill on the lanai was nice to have. AC is good and furniture and bedding were all comfortable. It's quiet, except if there are guests walking upstairs. The covered garage was nice with all the beach gear. Check in and out was easy. Amy was helpful and quick to respond. We really had a great stay!”

“Size, location and views! The 3rd bathroom was a bonus for our family of four with plenty of room to spread out, making it a economical option for 5-6. We liked the smaller condo complex as opposed to the nearby, pricey Hilton (spent a day there and would not return). Right in between a stroll to A-Bay or all the shops/restaurants, with the pool, bbqs with outdoor tv and kitchen, hot tubs and gym (more equipment than photos indicate), and sports bar steps away. “Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. She answered any questions I had right away. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially if you are taking a family vacation. The location is very close to stores and the villa has everything...
