  • Detta är en unik fastighet vid Maalaea Bay. Nyligen uppgraderad och renoverad, har den rullstolsanpassade funktioner som ett stort master badrum, ADA-kompatibelt, inklusive en stor roll-in dusch. Tillgänglighet på bottenvåningen och mycket nära handikapparkeringsplatser gör åtkomsten idealisk. Inga hissar att behöva ta itu med. Du kan rulla upp till sandstranden!

    Om du inte har behov av tillgängliga funktioner är denna enhet fortfarande den perfekta resan. Det är i ett lugnt område i Makani A Kai bostadsrätt med massor av integritet. Intill ett naturskyddsområde och 4 mil oavbruten sandstrand finns det inget annat bostadsrätt i söder på miles.

    Det är också direkt intill det bästa badområdet i Maalaea och en världsberömd surfplats. Lokalbefolkningen vet att denna strand är den bäst bevarade hemligheten på Maui - borta från turistområdena med mycket trafik.

Christmas getaway

We loved staying in this Condo! It is the perfect place in the middle of everything in Maui! Kihei and Kahului were both about 15/20 mins away and Lahaina was about 30 mins. The condo was beautiful! The owner, Jon, was very helpful ans responded quickly to anything and everything we needed! We will definitely make a trip back out there! There were turtles directly behind the condo

The location of the property was out of the congestion of the main Maui area, but convient to reach everything else we chose to visit during our stay.

Wonderful location in Ma’alaea Bay

Great location right near the beach. Loved the first floor unit and the walk out of the slider. Unit had everything we needed for our stay in Maui. Had a great time!

Great choice for family vacation

We had a great experience staying at Jon’s place. It is suitable for family vacation with small kids. Kids love playing in the tropical gardens of the complex and enjoys the swimming pools/playing sands on the beach.

We had the most amazing trip for our first time in Maui. Jon was an excellent host and this spot is fantastic. Walk right to the beach from the property. Located between 2 towns so you have options on activities. Highly recommend staying here if you are a small group and want a fantastic visit.

The location is fabulous. Not the best ocean view we were mere steps to a beautiful beach. The owner of this great condo was helpful at every turn.

Maui Condo

Lovely and cozy condo with great access to the bay and beautiful pool. Clean and refreshing! Would definitely stay here again. Handicap access was very efficient. Jon was very nice and detail oriented.

Great place for family vacation

Terrific location and beach access. Each room has its own A/C and ceiling fan. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly owner and facility Manager. Great spot if you like to walk on the beach. You can walk from the complex all the way to Kihei on the beach.

Anniversary/ Graduation trip

Absolutely loved this place! When we arrived it was nice and clean inside, and hidden in the back so it was nice and private. Beach was just a short beautiful walk down the path. The property opens into a gorgeous beach that was perfect for our kids 18, 16, 12 to go play in, and turtles always near the rocks! This was a perfect condo for our family!!

Spacious Condo on Great Beach

The condo is clean and well equipped. When we needed tools for the grill, they were delivered the next day. Having a five mile beach just steps away is always a plus.

Beautiful Wedding Weekend

Makani a kai was the perfect home base for our 6 day stay in Maui. Easily found, check in was a breeze. Very comfortable 2 bedroom, clean and on a lovely quiet beach . The few issues were quickly resolved by the next door manager. Than you, Jon. We would highly recommend your lovely condo.
