“The staff was extremely nice, and the valet service was great! This was in a walkable area, with easy access to the various destinations around the city. The only negatives were the sink in the bathroom was very functional, there was a small shelf but it wasn’t really large enough. Additional there was hairs in the bathtub, but easy enough to clean ourselves. ”

“This was our 2nd stay which speaks volumes! We love this place. It is upscale but relaxed. Historic but modern. Great location in walking distance of many attractions, but quiet. Clean. So Clean. I feel very comfortable walking around the room without shoes. Just a couple issues I will note...no after hours room service or even vending to get a snack or drink. And, only 1 roll of toilet paper. I think 2 rolls would have made us less nervous.😉”

“We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. “Overall had a good experience. Hotel staff was friendly. The room was super clean and nice. The pool area needs some work but the kids enjoyed it. The free drinks for two hours and the free breakfast were great!!! Our only inconvenience for the weekend was the fire alarm going off at around 11pm and having to evacuate the hotel. Luckily we did not have to stay outside for long. Thank you to the staff and the fire department for your quick response and keeping every one safe. ”

“Honestly the staff at this hotel were Spot On, super nice and very very helpful. The overall condition of the hotel I can only give about 3 stars. Stained carpets in the lobby, elevators constantly going out, state of chairs tables etc, are very well worn. Hotel needs a little face lift and with what they charge, it should have already been done. But the staff made up the difference, never stayed somewhere that I could give a higher rating for the staff.”
