“The property was not up to standard. My elderly parents chose not to stay because the property was not clean, they refused to sleep in the bed because of the state of the linen and the property had no heating.I am seeking a full refund. I have spoken to the Property owner who was most embarrassed and apologetic. She has agreed to the full refund.”

“I arrived needing the toilet. I opened the door to find 3 beds in adjoining rooms but no toilet or bathroom. I ran around in desperation, even to a property next door. Eventually found a tiny, partially hidden pathway which I followed and found a toilet and bathroom at the end of the path. No signage or written explanations in the bedroom telling me where the toilet is. No response to my desperate written message.”
