“What an amazing place to stay and enjoy the Mad River Valley! Rachel and her family made the stay perfect, adding special touches that made you feel right at home. The location is fabulous - walking distance to everything you need in Waitsfield and right on the river. Our kiddos loved running around on the property and playing with the cat and bunnies. We’d recommend staying here and hope to visit again someday!”

“This house was wonderful. Our party of six had plenty of space to stretch out and also areas to gather. A particular highlight was the Jacuzzi, which was beautiful and easy to access. Another phenomenal amenity is the large fireplace connected to both the dining area and living room. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.”

“8 adult family members stayed here over the 4th of July. I'll start by saying that the property is gorgeous, spacious, and in a wonderful location. That said, there are a few things that renters should be aware of. 1) It comes with an excessively lengthy, finicky (and somewhat obnoxious) list of instructions on how to respect "its beauty, elegance, technology & engineering" which you don't receive until 2 days prior to check-in. This includes a laundry list of "DO NOT touch" and "DO NOT FORCE"...

“This place hit all the boxes for our annual family trip. For context, that included 7 adults and 5 kids. The place: Plenty of space on the main floor for everyone to get together. 3 large bedrooms upstairs, and 2 on the basement level - one has bunk beds. There’s also an in-law style studio apartment above the garage, so 1 of the couples had a nice from the kids. Plenty of cooking items, plates, cups…and I appreciate the full spice rack, coffee, and other things that are annoying to run out to...

“We had a great stay on beautiful property. Oy 2 little mishaps the code provided did not work but easily resolved. Second some mice or bat dropping near grill area and table yet they offered to come clean asap and allowed us to do late check out. Would definitely stay again!! Everything else was clean and the different floors offered everyone their own privacy it waa great!”
