“We got checked in to our suite and the TV in the bdrm area did not work. We called the front desk and they did not have a TV on hand so they moved us to another room. That was the only issue. But handled very well. Plus they comped our parking. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.”
