Living Area:

Thia living area seats 6 people comfortably with a comfy couch, love seat and chair, however it is steps away from the dining table and bar area with additional seating. There is also half bath right off of the main living area.

Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living and dining areas. Recently upgraded with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded lighting, it combines style and functionality effortlessly. The kitchen has a bar with 3 seats and the dining area has a large dining table which seats 6 for family dinner night. Whether you`re preparing a gourmet meal or simply brewing a cup of coffee, you`ll appreciate the attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Bedrooms:
Retreat to the main level king master suite and discover a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. This master suite also offers a nice comfy chair for private evenings reading your favorite book and admiring the outside scenery through the windows. Upstairs, you`ll find a large bedroom with a king and twin bed, and a versatile loft area with a queen bed and twin bunk beds providing ample space to unwind and recharge. There is a full bathroom upstairs which includes a full shower. Whether you`re seeking solitude or socializing, this flexible layout accommodates your every need.

Outdoor Space:
The beauty of this home extends beyond its interior. A full garage and matching carport offer ample parking for multiple guests. The back porch offers a large outdoor relaxation area with 4 rocking chairs and 1 large porch swing. There is also a screened porch with another porch swing which also holds a large hot tub for cool relaxing evenings at the cabin. Additionally, this home has a very large fenced yard so your pups can come join you for vacation. While your pups are playing in the yard, picture yourself making smores at the firepit, or playing corn hole and/or grilling out using the new gas grill.

This is a very private neighborhood and surrounded by nature. The home is on 1 acre, fenced. It is somewhat remote yet minutes away from Blackberry Farm, Sampsons Hollow, Townsend, Wears Valley, and the Cades Cove entrance of the National Park. This side of the Smokies offers views like no other so be sure to take a scenic drive on the Foothills Parkway.

Vehicle travel is the only way to go in this area, however there is plenty of parking for multiple cars, trucks, motorcycles or even campers. There is one driveway but it does split off and allow for more cars. There is a carport and a garage for your personal use.
