âWe have stayed at a couple of the ownerâs properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. â
âawesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you donât feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. â

âI stayed in a room with the bathroom down the hall. During my 3 day stay there no one else was in the bathroom while I was using it so it felt like my own large bathroom! The loft on the 4th floor provided a kitchen with full size frog and all the needed kitchen items, much better than what is available at a motel! â
âThe hotel is overall good but the surrounding area only has fast food places for students to eat. We tried one of those and the food was horrible, barely edible. If you want to go out eating, youâll have to go elsewhere.â
âMy daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.â
âProperty was exactly what I was looking for. Nothing super fancy, cheap, and in a great location. Was just over a mile from Climate Pledge Arena, and just as close to some amazing bars and restaurants. We always just like scooter around Seattle and it was a perfect location for it. Everything is within a 10-20 minute scooter ride. Room was very clean, hallway was a bit messy and scuffed as I have seen in other reviews, but oh well, itâs like 10 steps and the rest of the place was perfectly fine....

When we got to the room there were hairs in the bed. Not nice!
We contacted the host and got new sheets the next day. It went smoothly!
The bathroom was fresh and nice. There was plenty of toilet paper, hairdryer, cotton pads, towels and soap.
The air conditioning was great.
Good with washing facilities for clothes.
Convenient with its own fridge and sink with washing-up...
