Hotell nära War Eagle Cavern

“The room was nice and peaceful, but be aware - the site is remote check in. booking on expedia sometimes means you don't get the instructions sent to you and then you have to call the number on the door.”

“I really enjoyed staying at the property. The staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the lounge area where there were several games to play, snacks, drinks, music streaming. They have a lovely fire pit and outdoor seating areas. An outdoor movie/sauna area, pool, hammocks, pickleball court and ping pong table. The property is surrounded by forest with trails. I will definitely stay at the property again if I find myself in the area. The only con was the driveway/road between the street,...

“Although a bit dated, the property was VERY clean and well maintained. The front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful. Great location close to everything and an easy walk downtown.”

“Our room was secluded & quiet. Location was great & easy to manage. People were friendly & accommodating. Thumbs up! 👍”

“Check in was odd. No one was available so had to call and got texted the room # and door code. Small issue with curtains off track, but got corrected quickly. The room was clean and nicely renovated. Outside doesn't give the same nice vibe. Quiet at night. The bed is the foam kind, so feels like sink into hole. Not to my liking, but others may like that style of bed. Overall satisfied with the stay.”

“parking was plentiful but we were not certain how exactly to position our vehicle because there are no markings nor instructions that we found. not a big deal but we noticed it.”

“Room was exactly as depicted. Clean, smelled fresh, bed was very comfortable! Despite being on a major roadway and it was a busy holiday weekend, the other tenants were quiet, road noise was minimal. The parking lot is a bit cramped but it’s a smaller lodge so to be expected. The staff were so considerate and helpful. Their recommendation for the Thai place around the corner was spot on. Delicious! Would definitely recommend The Lodge as a reasonably priced comfortable place to spend the...

“Excellent locations. Bigger than it appears or posted. Restaurant on site was excellent great salad bar food all around was great.”

“Friendly staff, available when needed. Although the place is outdated, they kept it clean and well-maintained.”

“Lovely getaway in a great location We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the suite was beautifully set up and full of charm. Having parking right in front of our door made arriving and heading out so easy. The service stood out too: the hosts were friendly, quick to respond, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. A wonderful spot for a relaxing weekend, and we'd happily stay again.”

“The staff was very helpful”

“Overall, we loved our stay at the camp house at Loblolly Pines Adventure Camp. It was tidy, parking was extremely convenient, it was quiet, and the property felt well maintained. We booked this stay due to it having a kitchen. I planned meals based on this but it was lacking some very important kitchen necessities. There was only a skillet large enough for one slice of bread and no colander at all, which I think is one of the most important kitchenware items. I also think having a towel rack in...

“Check was easy. Gentleman who helped us got us a room with a jacuzzi tub due to a cancellation and did not charge us full price. Helped us get settled in our room and made sure we were happy. Very quiet place. Beautiful scenery. Close to downtown without the downtown traffic. Will definitely return.”

“Good location , walking distance to town . The place has a perfect Eurika Springs vibe. Having own parking is a major plus. Enjoyed our stay , very relaxing .”

“I have stayed a a variety of motels and I can honestly say this one was the worst. The bedding was horrible, only flat sheets and a comforter. There were roaches in the room, I killed several. I found an ant in the microwave. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or cups. There was only one bar of soap in the room so you had to take it back and forth from the tub to the sink. The second floor balcony looks to be unsafe with rusted metal holding it up. There were a few people who just sat in...
