The house seems newly renovated and nicely decorated without being cluttered. I was not familiar with the area but, the location could not have been better. Literally 2 minutes from the interstate and every store/restaurant you could imagine and 5 minutes from downtown Simpsonville which is adorable and we had tons of fun exploring...

“This was a last minute trip planned for Labor Day weekend and we couldn’t have had a better lakefront property. There were so many things for the kids (and adults) to do. Games, pool table, ping-pong, arcade games, corn hole, kayaks, you name it they have thought of everything. Wished we would have had longer to enjoy ALL the things they have available. The screened-in porch was perfect for morning coffee and winding done the day. There is a fire-pit we were looking forward to but didn’t have...

“Our son was married at Enchanted Acres in Greenwood, SC. The Lakefront Estate allowed us to enjoy the company of 16 Family and Friends for the nights extending from the night before the rehearsal & dinner to the Wedding and Brunch the next day. There were 6 bedrooms and 5-1/2 baths which worked well for our party of 16. The Estate has everything you need from a large family room with tables to play games and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking burgers and hot dogs on the charcoal grill...
