Host was super nice and attentive about any questions I had. Great place to stay, would highly recommend!!”

“A group of friends stayed at Big Springs B&B for a weekend trip to Highland County. The house was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal and we appreciated the farm-raised beef in the freezer. The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed hearing the whippoorwills at dusk and seeing the milky way at night.”

“I went there to propose to my now fiancé, the plan was for friends and family to arrive first and by the time I proposed on the mountain our friends to be waiting to surprise her. The staff was super accommodating with an early check in and the place was great, very large and ski on ski off from western territories. Highly recommend if you're there with a large group.”

“We enjoyed our time at this home in Hot Springs. The home is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The location is very close to town and easy to get to. The neighborhood is quiet and the view lovely. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions.”

“We only stayed one night but the home served us well. We hiked and bike, so home's proximity to Jackson River Scenic Trail and Lake Moomaw was very convenient. House was a modest ranch style. Kitchen was well stocked. Water smelled of sulfur, but owners said it had been tested and was deemed potable. Setting of home was rural and pretty, ensuring lovely views from the outside deck and gazebo.”

“Great house and location! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Warm Springs. Our elderly Lab loved cooling her paws in the brook running through the front yard. Great restaurant within walking distance. Short drive to Warm Springs Pools. Hot Springs and the Homestead just down the road. Would definitely stay again.”

From the trill of the Red Winged blackbirds along the river's edge ,to the magestic eagles that fly above and Mountain vistas in all directions , a feast for the senses and a great way to unplug ! “This cabin was an absolute hidden treasure! John and Linda are wonderful hosts. The cabin was so cozy and peaceful. It's a great place for a weekend getaway and a break from the city. The indoor wood stove is perfect for a comfy night on the couch. The wifi was great and bathroom is super clean. The front deck has rocking chairs that are perfect for reading and observing wildlife. 10/10 recommend for anyone who needs a break from their busy lives.”
