Hotell nära Warrandyte - Kinglake Nature Conservation Reserve

“This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home”

“Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.”

“Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again”

“Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...

“The room didn't match the description and was quite poor, lacking the features described like sound proofing (there was a big gap under the door), cooking facilities and being small. It was also quite dark and basic, and pretty old. When I showed the reception staff the description of what I booked, they said it was wrong and I should call Expedia if I wanted help. I did and Expedia were very helpful and I ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Considering the reviews, I can only imagine the...

“Very nice, modern and spacious room with generous bathroom. Hard to fault really and we would certainly stay again.”

“Staff members were amazing. Thank you for the free upgrade.”

“Many of the common area lightning isnt working. In some areas half of the light globes are out. Feels a little bit too dark in common areas at night”

“Parking was easy and secure”

“Clean facilities”

“Lovely staff, super fast check in/out. Cleanest caravan park cabin I’ve ever stayed in - clearly they take a lot of pride in this place. Could do with some modernisation but served our purposes well.”

“Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious.”

“The good points were the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and facilities were good. The bad were there were 3, however the room was only set up for 2, however this was rectified when we asked. The complimentary water we were told was always 2 didn't matter if there were 3. The room service was haphazard the beds were not made properly or the dishes washed would have preferred no one to enter the room at all for what was done.”

“Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...
