The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, while the full bathroom provides a spa-like experience. Please use caution when navigating them. Due to the age and character of the home, the doors may stick slightly during warmer months.

• Guests may not park in the driveway
• Failure to follow parking rules may result in an additional fee
Guest Verification
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, the primary guest must complete a brief screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Reservations are not considered fully confirmed until this process is complete.
Prior to check-in, verified guests will be asked to:
• Sign a rental agreement agreeing to all terms and conditions
• Provide a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card
• Pay a non-refundable $60 damage waiver
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you are still at the property. Normal wear and tear is expected—if something accidentally breaks or gets stained, please let us know. Thank you!
