“Made contact with the host prior to booking to make sure getting there early in the morning was ok, and that there was room to park a trailer. They responded quickly. Then knowing we were going to be getting in late and be in the sun all day, they went in and turned the air down for us before we got there. ”

“We booked for my parents when the came into town. Checked in and the room was so heavily perfumed it was choking. The air conditioner front was broken and you could see mold thick and growing in it. My mom has cancer and could not stay there. We immediately checked back out. The front desk said they could not refund us because it was booked by Expedia. Even though I had just paid at the front desk. I called Expedia and they contacted the hotel. I was told they approved the refund and...

“Hosts Brent and Anita are welcoming and friendly. Made us feel like part of the family. They will do their best to help you out wherever they can.We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay here . From the lovely open spaces to the pets fresh country air, and even having a bbq with the bull it has been a most memorable and enjoyable stay.”

“The little white cabin was very lovely! It's small, but spacious enough for 6 adults to move around comfortably. There was a grill, coffee pot, and all the utensils to cook eat and drink. Beds weren't perfect but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. It was very quiet out there and relaxing! Property managers were easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner! Very friendly and highly recommended!”

“I enjoyed all of it. I loved the Roku TV and I could just watch what I wanted on Hulu and YouTube and stuff. A couple roaches here and there during my 5 night stay, but I loved the hotel. For a budget hotel, it was nice. The smell in the hallways and lobby could be improved on, it's a little humid and hot in there. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay in room 220”

“Very good one night stay in Sedalia. Uniquely themed hotel and lobby. Attractive and convenient facility overall. Front desk staff were friendly.
