“Great location and nice place. Perfect for those to be in walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and active nightlife. A big plus to have a grocery store and bakery across the street. Owner was very responsive. Some may be good with this but I didn’t see this posted as an fyi…if renting downstairs, you hear everything going on in the upstairs rental/porch.”

“The online photos seem to have been taken many years ago when the property was first built. There has been wear and tear on the facility since, I felt misled the moment I walked in the door. Additionally, there was a powerful cleaning smell throughout our stay, likely masking something else. And there were bugs located in the living space and a hornet's nest outside of the balcony.”
