Hopkins View is a spacious, pet-friendly retreat with a beautiful river view. It features four bedrooms with brand-new beds, outdoor dining, and a courtyard for your pet. Additionally, there`s a large dog park nearby. The property is conveniently situated just 2 km from the beach, 2.9 km from the town centre, and 1.5 km from the nearest shopping centre, making it an ideal destination for family getaways with both human and furry family members.

Welcome to your perfect family getaway along the serene banks of the Hopkins river! As you step through the front door, you`ll be greeted by a cozy second lounge room, complete with plush bean bags, a smart TV, and a creative children`s building station. Take a moment to explore the bookshelf, where you might just find that perfect book to enjoy during your stay.

Moving further into the open living area, you`ll discover a spacious and inviting space. Here, a comfortable lounge with another smart TV awaits, along with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. But what truly sets this place apart is the view. The panoramic vista of the Hopkins river creates a backdrop that`s both breathtaking and calming.

For your accommodation, all bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with ceiling fans and ample wardrobe space. Downstairs, a queen room boasts an ensuite featuring a shower, basin, and toilet, while the second room offers a cozy double bed. Upstairs, two more bedrooms beckon, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. A well-appointed bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, and basin is complemented by a separate toilet.

The driveway is a shared space and must be kept clear, there is a parking space in front of the surf board for guests and just beside the house to the left. The garage and gym room are private property so please keep away from these areas.

The large off lead dog park is located just in front of us, enjoy this wide open space and walk to the Hopkins River.

• No parties or events.
• Leave the house as you found it. Extra cleaning fees may apply if left untidy.
• Dishes must be washed and all food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly:
• Red lid → General waste
• Purple lid → Glass
• Green lid → Food scraps & garden waste
• Yellow lid → Recycling
• Report any damage immediately. Additional fees may apply.
