Stora grupper vÀlkomna i detta helt fristÄende hus, perfekt för bröllopsfester eller för dina bröllopsgÀster att bo, familjefester, sportklubbar, listan Àr oÀndlig med ett stort fullt utrustat kök med mikrovÄgsugn och diskmaskin. Den har tre bostadsomrÄden, tvÄ pÄ övervÄningen och en nere, tvÄ av de bostadsomrÄden har stora TV-apparater med AUSTAR anslutning, ett stort sovrum med badrum (med spa-bad) och drottning sÀng, plus sju andra sovrum, fem med queen sÀngar och tvÄ med enkelsÀngar, och tre utvikbara dubbelsÀng storlek soffor. Det finns tre andra badrum alla med bad / separat dusch, vardagsrum öppet ut till söderlÀge dÀck omrÄden, med utsikt över floden, med grill och utemöbler. BottenvÄningen vardagsrummet har ocksÄ en 3/4 storlek biljardbord.
Av gatuparkering för 4 bilar. Det Àr inom gÄngavstÄnd till köpcentrum med kafé, stormarknader, newsagency etc, Àr det ocksÄ inom gÄngavstÄnd till Flying Horse Bar and Brewery.

Great place to stay

We were a group of 12 friends. Easily accommodated all of us. Well equipped holiday home, good appliances, cooking equipment, kitchen utensils, kitchen ware etc were well stocked for our big group. Stay could have had been improved by a few more towels and toiletries. There were very thin towels - 1 each for 4 days. A small packet of very cheap soap for each person. There is no dryer in the property - a washing machine but no dryer so could not easily dry towels. In the kitchen there was one chux cloth for four days of 12 peoples dishes. Very poor. These were minor things but given the amount the property costs it seemed penny pinching to not supply a higher standard of toiletries and towels.

Border Cup golf trip

I new the area so location was great, we were a group of 12 guys so need that many beds and also room to move so we we’re not tripping over each other.Lots of different areas to move around in and plenty of extra facilities we hadn’t counted on.We had on little hiccup but was quickly sorted out by our Hostess Lorraine, nothing was to much trouble for her.Everyone commented on the House/size/amenities:/facilities in a positive way.For big groups or multiple families it’s a great home.Good Time.Co Rob

Convenient, cozy, and spacious

I was impressed the the amenities, room sizes, and living areas. Our stay was made all the better with just how comfortable the space was. The calming riverside view allowed for some gorgeous sunrises and sunsets too We loved our time here.

Girls Stay

The property was as described and as the photos indicated. Lots of room, great kitchen with essentials provided. Unfortunately the dishwasher hose sprung a leak and our kitchen was flooded. However, we were home at the time and managed, with our bath towels to prevent water leaving the kitchen area. We contacted Lorraine who sent out a plumber and an electrician, as one down stairs light fitting had water issues. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not able to be fixed right away so it was all hands on deck for dish duties. One thing that could be improved on is if the BBQ was on the same level as the kitchen. We had to take all our food downstairs to the BBQ then back upstairs to the dining room.

Take me to the river- Spacious riverside retreat with the ocean a 10 minute drive away

Riverside Heights was the perfect location for a 50th birthday family celebration. The home comfortably housed 14 people. The photos don't do it justice! The huge downstairs living area was a welcomed surprise, with plenty of couches and the pool table was a hit!

Amazing accomodation

We enjoyed our stay at Lorraine's house. She was very accomodating and her place was complete of stuff we needed to use (steamer, microwave, high chairs and cot). It was a hassle free experience plus the location of her place was beautiful, the view is epic. Looking forward to book this accom again

River house reunion

Wonderful!. We had 9 people and one guide dog. Plenty of room for gathering and separate spaces. Host communication was lovely and helpful. Great spot, peaceful setting. Possibly the only suggestion would be a larger or additional fridge, otherwise we could not fault it!! 5 stars!

Beautiful house ,with stunning views ,close to shops ect . 14 adults and 4 children . Family christmas reunion . Lorraine very helpful (the host ). Kitchen well stocked for large groups. Perfect Girls Weekend Away

It was months in the planning, a weekend away from the kids, some time to relax and regroup. This home was the perfect location to do this. We cooked up a storm, watched the kangaroos and cows graze the fields as we ate our breakfast and the rooms were all welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Lorraine
