It was a great experience overall. But the WiFi wasn't working in my room. The staff offered me a different one on Day 2, but I refused to switch the room. The hotel and my booking service didn't provide me with any credit for the inconvenience. Sadly, the Hilton Customer Service and the Hotel representative didn't attempt to help me on Day 1, the staff is aware that there is no WiFi connection in the "corner" rooms, and it's sad that are still not fixing it.
