“Checkin was a mess. I was told to take a smaller room than what i had paid for, i insisted and was then given key to a room that was already occupied (with bags and clothes everywhere) Some 20 min later i got access to an unoccupied room. Attitude of reception staff nonchalant. Later during the stay i again found reception staff members non-cooperative. The hotel is old and feels dingy. Room itself fine however. Easy access to downtown Raleigh by bus, stop just 200 metres outside.”

“The moment we opened the door, we were like, "Wow!" The room was in excellent condition, even better than my mom and I had imagined. Although it was only a short one-night stay, we will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit.”
